Exchange & Return Policy – NS Home Ready-Made Products

At Naguib Selim, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. Exchanges and returns of NS Home ready-made products are subject to the provisions of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and the following terms and conditions:

Exchanges & Returns Within 14 Days

Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing a reason, provided that the product:

  • Is in its original condition as received.

  • Has not been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Is returned with its original packaging where the nature of the product requires it.

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase or the relevant order number.

The right to exchange or return does not apply to cases excluded by applicable law, including products whose nature, characteristics, packaging, or condition prevent them from being returned to their original state, or products that are no longer in the same condition as at the time of sale due to reasons attributable to the customer.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is received with a defect or does not conform to the agreed specifications, the customer may request a replacement or return the product for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt, at no additional cost, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

Customers should contact our Customer Service team and provide details of the issue. Photos of the product or its packaging may be requested to help us review the case and expedite the exchange or return process.

Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unless the reason for the return is a product defect.

Naguib Selim reserves the right to inspect returned products to verify their condition and the reason for the exchange or return, without prejudice to the customer's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once a return request has been approved, the product value will be refunded according to the payment method used for the original purchase and in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations and the procedures of the relevant payment service provider.

For orders paid online, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be arranged with the customer through available methods, such as a bank transfer or e-wallet.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.

Important Notes

  • Please retain your proof of purchase or order number to facilitate any exchange or return request.

  • In the event of a defective product, Naguib Selim will bear the costs associated with the exchange or return as required by applicable law.

  • All exchange and return requests are subject to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations.

  • Nothing in this policy limits or affects any additional rights granted to consumers under the applicable laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
