Refund policy
Customized Products (Made-to-Order)
Once cutting or installation is completed, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
Reason: The product is manufactured specifically according to the customer’s measurements and requirements, making it impossible to reuse materials.
To ensure customer satisfaction, samples can be requested before confirming the order.
Ready-Made Products
Return requests can be submitted via the Naguib Selim website or through the company’s call center.
Customers must attach a copy of the shipping invoice and product photo.
The product must be in its original condition and unused.
Returns are processed through the shipping company, with shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are issued after the product is returned to the company’s warehouse and passes quality inspection, within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are processed via e-wallet or the same payment method used for the order.
Inspection Fee
Inspection fee: 300 EGP.
Non-refundable if the inspection is canceled or if the customer changes their mind before confirmation.
If the order is confirmed, the inspection fee is deducted from the total order value.
Refund Method
Online payments (card/e-wallet): refunded to the same payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cash on delivery payments: refunded via e-wallet or bank transfer.
After Installation
Once the fabric or product is installed, the order is considered complete and non-refundable.
Any issues related to installation will be handled by the after-sales service team.
Deposit Refund Policy
Deposits can be refunded within 48 hours of notifying the customer that the order has been placed, subject to administrative fees.
Once fabric cutting begins, refunds are no longer available.
