Orders are confirmed after payment or deposit is received

Customized orders are manufactured based on customer-provided measurements and selections

Pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)

Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Final pricing is confirmed before order processing

Payments

We accept:

Online card payments

E-wallet payments

Cash on delivery (where applicable)

 Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may only be modified or canceled before fabric cutting or manufacturing begins

Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy as published on the website.

Installation Responsibility

Once installation is completed, the order is considered fulfilled

Any post-installation issues are handled through after-sales service

Limitation of Liability

Naguib Selim is not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to logistics delays, force majeure events, or customer-provided measurement errors.
