Customized Products:
- Once cutting or installation is completed, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
- Reason: The product is manufactured specifically according to the customer’s measurements and requirements, making it impossible to reuse materials.
- To ensure customer satisfaction, samples can be requested before confirming the order.
Ready-Made Products
- Return requests can be submitted via the Naguib Selim website or through the company’s call center.
- Customers must attach a copy of the shipping invoice and product photo.
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- Returns are processed through the shipping company, with shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are issued after the product is returned to the company’s warehouse and passes quality inspection, within 3–5 business days.
What are refund methods?
- Online payments (card/e-wallet): refunded to the same payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Cash on delivery payments: refunded via e-wallet or bank transfer.
