Ready-Made Products

  • Return requests can be submitted via the Naguib Selim website or through the company’s call center.
  • Customers must attach a copy of the shipping invoice and product photo.
  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • Returns are processed through the shipping company, with shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are issued after the product is returned to the company’s warehouse and passes quality inspection, within 3–5 business days.
What are refund methods?
